Ever bought at La Maison du Whisky?

@lucadanna1985 I don't have any experience of buying from La Maison du Whisky but I know they are a very reputable company. So I wouldn't be worried about your order.

Have you emailed them? They should be able to track the parcel.

Also what country are they shipping to?

i've sent them three emails but got no answer, i began to be worried this morning when i realised that the number of their customer service was not working, at least from Italy...they should ship to Sicily, the problem is that the money have been taken from my account on friday, i can see the transation but on their website i've been reading "en attente de payement" for six days...

Why not try to contact @AlexVingtier right here on Connosr, he works for La Maison du Whisky. I'm sure there is a perfectly reasonable explanation (maybe they are currently closed during the holidays). LMdW has an ironclad reputation, so fear not!

thank you! i feel better after your reassuring posts :) actually the site was too well reviewed to expect bad thing, but you know, when a new purchase is involved :) now i hope there has been no mistake in the transation, or maybe they are simply on holiday... there's a way to contact a member from the site?
