Dark Amber in colour

The nose is thick and sweet, treacle, sherry, sticky dates, orange peel

On the palate there is dried fruit, bitter dark chocolate. It has a thick mouth feel. Oak follows on with a slight pepper bite.

Finish is medium long with a slight coffee tang fading to spiced fruit.
