Nose: Pears nestled in syrup , soft fruit , Cocoa butter
Taste: Light and delicate ,Pears drizzled in chocolate , grassy notes , some toasted almonds. This reminds me of rich leather
Finish: Creamy , Milk chocolate , citrus with light smoke and spice. However short lived
Overall: I thought the rum would dominate but it dosen't. Its delicate and refined for a Glenfiddich. A great present to receive but for the hefty price tag there are better drams out there.
