I found this one at a restaurant in Edmonton. I was surprised to see that the Sherry Wood was on the list, but unfortunately their list was not updated. So instead they had the Madeira Wood.
Nose: Thick sweet smell of honey and vanilla. A little bit of spice.
Taste: Chewy cake and nutty. Chocolate and cinnamon spicy.
Finish: Warming raisin at the start to a little salt to the end.
