Inverleven 1991

Neat at Scotch Bar, Hesperia Hotel, Madrid. It pours clean pale amber with greenish highlights. Scent is quite intense: aromatic bitters, dry lemon, green pinecone. There is also some vanilla and, even, seaweed. Nice. Mouthfeel is powerful and crisp, displaying a solid structure. Finish is pungent, warm, barely bitter and long-lasting. Very good.
