Distribution of ratings for this:
Nose: At first, nothing but spicy iodine and salt. After about 10 minutes it morphs into sweet chocolate and caramel apple notes.
Palate: Very well balanced, smooth body. Salt, a hint of wood as it coats the tongue, moving on to sugar-coated lemon and butterscotch as you swallow.
Finish: warm lingering, sugary caramel.
