Neat at Marmo bar, Madrid. It pours intense golden, bright and clean. Aroma is very high and very sweet: marshmallow, vanilla, pudding. Alongside these we can smell sandalwood and tobacco (peaty scents), dry lemon and a subtle tinge of JalapeƱo pepper. Nice. Mouthfeel starts soft and pungent (that pepper forecasted this); then somewhat lacking crispness and not too full-bodied, but finishing high on intensity and lasting long. That lack of tart and the high pungency both ask for some water, if you ask me.
