I'm not a fine nose and certainly not a fine palate neither. So instead of trying to figure out what I can't describe with the appropriate wording, I will just try to define what the whisky makes me think about and where I would like to drink it.

The little bottle of 20ml I'm tasting is a gift from Scotland. There is a label on the back of the bottle and hand written on it: Ledaig 7yrs Filled to Cask: 2003 Filled to Bottle: 23.10.10 Signature: Ian P Banker

This is for me - has this is my review - a good whisky.

This is not an "Under the rain whisky". I mean this is not the whisky you want to drink after walking in an heavy rain. This one is more subtle and will not twist your mind. This whisky is ideally drink, after a meal, with friends, in town, after a warm day, while talking. It can also be drink on your patio while looking at the sunset over your garden, enjoying the last warm of the day fading away.

Watch out, it's an easy one. I mean while writing the review the bottle almost evaporated...
