Has any member tried this new expression? If so, please reply, I'd like to hear what your impression was. -Thanks.

A little bit of facts: Age: 15 years old Proof: 50% ABV Release: January 2018 Availability: 10,680 bottles for the U.S. only No chill filtration, first fill bourbon casks.

@masterj I have both Glen Grant 12 and 18 yo bottles. I found them both to be very enjoyable, good value and consistent in characteristic wise. Normally I would guess 15 yo would be similar in profile but, there is big jump from 43% ABV to 50% so this could be a surprising one. Can't wait to try it one day. Only US market not Canada? unamused

@Webb Good to hear. Yes, unfortunately not available in Canada. Another that I've heard is different is the travel retail 12. I think it's 1 liter, 48% abv, and ncf. Seems they want to keep their craft presentation bottlings exclusive for some reason.
