I actually have a suggestion. Make the picture of the door at the front page lead to the tasting notes page. Since it is a clickable door one guesses that it leads "into"something.

That Bordeaux finished Auchentoshan looks spectacular by the way!

i'm not sure if anyone else has this issue, but i find white text (or any colour, really) on a black background extremely difficult to read. it actually makes me nauseous, and i give up after only a sentence or two. it looks cool, though....

Thanks for the comments.. I'm always looking in here, it's a great place to pick up info and learn.. Although the blog does take up a lot of time I believe in keeping to your roots as they say ..:-) it is just nice to know some people might be finding my mutterings of some interest, can't understand why lol..

FYI, SqidgyAsh's blog has been inactive since July 2015 and CanadianNinja seems to have just disappeared. New interests perhaps. There is no shortage of whisky blogs, however, and sorren's ocdwhisky is a good one.

There are press releases, tasting notes and articles.. As each new piece is added older ones are dropped down.. There are sub categories... Tasting notes, general discussions, distilleries etc , after the latest topics there is a button for older releases.. There is also a section for month by month topics.. Tried to make it as simple as possible.. Hopefully your not put off..
