Booker's 2015-01, Amrut single cask (bourbon), Blanche de Chambly.
To be clear, this is a pairing, not what I'm drinking. I'm working tonight.

@BobJoe - I've been known to have the odd 'Thorogood triple'. My choices vary but Talisker 10, Bengal Lancer IPA and Wild Turkey 101 make a fine combo if I'm in that kind of mood!
I recently had Booker's bourbon, Guinness West Indies Porter and a Quinta Ruben . . . ahh! Roll on the weekend

It might be interesting (for me, at least) to try Maker’s Mark, followed by Laphroaig Quarter Cask, followed by a Highlander Blacksmith Smoked Porter.

Born to be Mild: Virginia Gentleman Bourbon, The Laddie Ten, and a Harp draught.
For more intensity: Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Macallan Cask Strength, and Moretti.

@Victor - Ooh Moretti . . . I've been drinking a bit of that lately. A very pleasing and drinkable beer which I noticed was made with maize and barley which, I guess, is quite unusual for European beer? Either way, it's tasty!

@Victor, the original Moretti brewery is about 25 miles from where my father's father was born. I could get into the MAC CS, but my "bourbon" would be JD barrel proof...one Jack, one Mac, one More!!!

Listening to George Thorogood I decided to try his recommendation. Had a 4 Roses Small Batch, A Glenrothes 1991, and a Guinness. Any one else have a combination they would like?
