Maker's Mark released their new "46" expression yesterday, which I picked up on my way home from work. After I placed it in my cabinet (physically), I attempted to do so here as well and couldn't get the site to load. But I figured it was something like that and decided not to fret. After all, to adapt a phrase from Brave New World, "a dram is better than a 'damn'."
Glad to have the site back and to see that I'm only the third person to cabinet the 46!

Good evening folks. Regulars to the site will have noticed that we experienced a period of downtime today. This was due to a power failure at the data centre where Whisky Connosr is hosted and was, frustratingly, out of our control.
We did everything within our powers to ensure that engineers restored service as soon as possible. Apologies for the interruption in service and thank you for your patience.
