Singleton of Glendullan

I'd ordered this at a pub never hearing about it before, I was pleasantly surprised.

Smell: Pears, syrup (which, together, make up some of my favourite desserts)

Taste: Light oak, peach cobbler, a very powerful, but not overbearing or harsh taste

Finish: Long finish, fruity, caramel.

Overall, a lot of character and very fruity. The fruitiness being a strong preference of mine which is why I rated it so highly.

I didn't have a chance to pour a little water in it to dilute it, but it wasn't needed. Very smooth.
