Starward Solera Reserve 1st Release

Produced in a large vat, this no age statement number is produced via the solera system. Multi-aged spirit is added to casks at matured indefinatley. Works well.

• Nose: banoffee pie, coffee sugar, sweet caramel, milk chocolate, juicy, crème anglaise. With water ice cream, dried hay and more vanilla

• Pallet: spicy, fruity, melon, banana, some mango and papaya, vanilla and brown sugar come later. With water slight bitterness

• Finish: dryer than the pallet, touch of marzipan, chocolate again and coffee sugar, finishes with cereal notes. With water cleaner, less length biscuty sweetness

• Mark neat – 8.2, with water 7.8
