Probably the SMWS bottling of Karuizawa, no. 132.2 which I understand to be a fairly mature sherry cask Karuizawa of sorts.
Then there is the Glenrothes 1978 arguably not really a rare bottle per-se, just well presented.
I think I have some Old Malt Cask bottlings of Port Ellen with some maturity on it too. Then there is the bottle of Highland Park 25 YO - not sure if this has been consumed.
Have a number of bottles of the Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix but not sure if this can be considered rare.
Then there is a range of first edition releases of Australian malts and some independent bottlings of quite old whisky that are older than I am from all over. These have bottle out-turns that are around 100 or less. Probably not really considered to be rare - just small batch.

I have a few that are quite rare and possibly my most prized:

Talisker 1956: 18yo. Distillery only and gifted to visiting dignitaries, Whisky writers, Royalty etc. There were a few bottles @ 26 2/3 fl.oz. (750ml.) but most were bottled at 13 1/3 fl. oz. (375ml. half bottles or as they are known in the trade 'Pints'). I was lucky enough to acquire 2 of the pints! 3) Macallan Cask Strength 12years in a single Oloroso cask. Distillery and tastings only.
Neil Gunn thought the '56 Talisker the best thing to find its' way into a bottle! I'm sure there have been many super fine bottles over the years but the Talisker, for me, 'takes the cake'. G&M had some '56 from a slightly less regarded Cask which they bottled as Talisker Black Label and at a price that was out of this world.
Cheers!

Laphroaig 15 and Bowmore 16YO Bordeaux cask are probably the two rarest I have now, particularly the Bowmore. Also an indie 1974 Glen Grant.
I'm really hoping to acquire a Port Ellen at some point, and with my 40th and a trip to Islay in the next couple of years I may have the perfect excuse.
