Fever Tree is pricy stuff, relatively speaking. I’ve bounced between Schweppes, Canada Dry, and PC, and I haven’t noticed any major differences. I usually buy whichever is least expensive, but if they’re all the same price, I prefer Schweppes. Same deal with Ginger Ale.

I see a lot of people using Fever Tree tonic water for their gins and tonics.
I was wondering how important the brand of tonic water is. Does it really make a difference or would President's Choice Diet tonic do the trick?
