Tullamore Dew 12 Year Old

Nose: Apple calvados, cardamom, vanilla custard and grass

Palate: Pretty sweet, nice oak upfront, the oak and spice is robust but not overpowering. In the background I get hint of lemon meringue pie, cardamom and alot of vanilla.

Finish: Wave of spice, grassiness and vanilla. Medium to short length

Nicely balanced, nothing sticks out to much. Overall delicate, soft and easy drinking whiskey. I like full flavoured whiskys the most, but this one has some charm.
