Hmm not heard of this before.. just some quick reading up on it suggests it may no be so great (going by comments on 2010 and the postponing of 2011 events until this year)? And of course, Brisbane misses out.. we're the "poor cousin" city of the east coast, always missing out!

I've just found out that WhiskyLive will be here in Perth next month on the 22nd and my wife and I are really excited and hoping to go. The tickets are $100 dollars each though. So a question for anyone who has ever gone to a WhiskyLive event. Was it worth the money you paid? Would you go again? Was there quite a few varieties to sample? Did you walk away happy? Or was it a letdown? Money is a little tight right now otherwise I'd just throw down the cash and give it a shot. Any thoughts or comments or experiences would be MOST appreciated!
