PALATE: New spirit goes to warm and spicy, with traces of caramel and toffee. Faint hints of aniseed, marshmallow and biscuit. Lovely mouth feel with a long after-taste. We think this tastes better at cask strength rather than with water added. FINISH: Lovely full bodied long finish. Hints of vanilla, brandy and popping candy.
