Sweet fruity firery alcohol arival followed by floral veggietable medium length finish. Awesome blend of high ABV and Speyside fruit, non chill filtered.
Has anyone tried the Aberlour 18? I see it got high ratings.
I went through a bottle of the 12 last summer. It was okay, but didn't blow me away. I have a bottle of the Aberlour A. that I haven't opened yet. It's batch 39.
I agree with PMessinger's review. The 12 is certainly a good every day dram but not fantastic as his ratings score indicates.
The ABV is healthy and it does not contain fake caramel insofar as I know.
