www.allthingswhisky.com is slowly morphing.
Many reviews up now. Many more in the pipeline (primarily concentrating on the Highlands and Speyside in coming weeks).
The Maltmonster continues to amaze with his feature tasting pieces. Funny as hell, and the whiskies...dear gawd. If only I had a tenth of his budget.
A mate of mine is now running through a year long 'whisky pilgrimage' in the quest for self enlightenment. Kind of a shoestringers guide to learning malts. Starting with the sherries.
Finally, as a third ongoing 'blog-within-a-blog', my wife is about to start a regular 'wives and whisky' or 'women and whisky' (whatever she decides) feature. A little nervous here. Is there where she uses a public forum to tell me to rein it in a little? ;)
That's my wee site.
But to be honest...my absolute favorite... www.whiskyfun.com . Serge is the best out there.

blog.thewhiskyexchange.com Tim is a good read also agree with whisky note and cask strength whiskyisrael.co.il often agree with tasting notes on here.
Have to say dont understand why so many people enjoy ralfy 15 mins with a lot of waffle and not much on the whisky. Last one i watched i ended up whittling down a bit of wood and trying to shove it in my eye.

Why: Followed it for years. Interesting and entertaining posts. Like his tastingnotes of some really rare bottles. And ofcourse; not forget about the comics Pete McPeat and Jack washback; hilarious!

Just thought of some more!
Joshua Hatton over at the Jewish Single Malt Whisky Society (jewishsinglemaltwhiskysociety.com) writes an excellent review, and is one of the few bloggers out there who really ties in the sense of fun he gets out of whisky with his notes.
misswhisky.com is doing some interesting stuff, and as well as talking about whisky is doing some really good profiles on women in the whisky business.
peatreek.blogspot.com writes every few days and though sometimes seems to be still finding his voice, is quite a solid read.

@Onlyhalfmad I totally agree with you. He just keeps rambling on and on. And on and on and on. And then some. I've made a few efforts to watch some of his reviews, but I found myself skipping most of the video every time only to give up not much later. He's also a bit too fond of himself imho. I don't question his expertise, his style is just not to my liking.

Wow. So many good hints as where to look for trails on my whisky journey. To me this question sort of answers itself by the fact that i'm having all this info in one spot. This site beeing so interactive makes it the best. So many responces to ours questions coming at you all at once, followed by questions I haven't though to ask yet. All of this coming from all type of people ,newbies and more experienced, who share the same passion with a different point of view. Long live Connosor.
