Glenmorangie 18 years old Extremely Rare is the Audrey Hepburn of whiskies, the delicate flower. This is as delicate it can get when tasting whiskies (so far...). Even though this was 12 years younger than me, I felt like George Peppard's character getting seduced by Holly Golightly.

If you want to go lightly at the evening breeze or even start your morning with a nice dram, choose Glenmorangie 18 yrs Extremely Rare. I even tried this with a drop of water (which clearly wasn't necessary). The drop of water introduced the vulnerable side, which Holly also had.

Nose: Fruity, floral and soft.

Taste: Caramels and fruits. Very smooth with floral notes and a hint of citrus.

Finish: Finish is very soft and nearly nonexistent. It's a shame. I would've gladly enjoyed the softness for a longer period.

Balance: Very easy to drink. Rich but with a minuscule finish. "Delicate flower"
