Nose: This is different to anything i tried before in that theres no peat, fruit, sherry, floral, spice, etc. This is very oily, slightly waxy, quite a bit solventy ~ white spirit, nail varnish, getting a lemony aroma after a good few minutes in the glass. It is not what you would call a mouthwatering, engaging nose by any stretch of the imagination but i like it.

Palate: Quite dry and smokey, zesty, very peppery.

Finish: Long, dry, waxy finish. It leaves a twang of something, not quite sure what to make of it, almost metalic but not unpleasant at all though.

Comment: Probably not gonna be to a lot of peoples taste but i really like it, though not my favourite profile of whisky, quite an enjoyable experience.
