On ice at Dry Martini Bar, Madrid. A cloudy yellowish amber pour with nice oiley streaks. Aroma is quite intense: sweetish (vanilla), citrusy (kumquat, yuzu), licorice, iron, even (and I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this, I can foresee it) juniper (yes, I know that's for gin, but that's what it smells like, sorry.) Boozy, smoky and oily, with a beautifully tart and umami sip. Pungent finish, I`d dare say piquant, with some renewed smoky tinges. Long-lasting. OK, let's get some more hate: I like this one. Yes, I know it's Suntory and mass-produced and commercial and what not, but I'd have another dram.
