So far it's getting really hard for me to acquire the iodine, chemical aromas and flavours present on "The Ileach" which supposedly is quite young Islay whiskey likely to be sourced from Lagavulin distillery. This put me off forking off for the Laga 16 or the Laphroig 10.
I'm also troubled by combinations of strong smoke and sickening sweetness.
