Whisky Resolutions for 2020, anyone?

@YakLord I won't need to buy any bottles for the next decade. But FOMO always wins...

@Nozinan I've come to the conclusion that I'll never be able to try everything, so FOMO is slowly fading from my whisky purchasing.

@YakLord It's a struggle. I think whisky needs to be about trying things, but also enjoying the things you like. I think part of what led to me reduction in drinking was trying to increase my output of reviews, which decreased the number of times I would sit and just enjoy a dram.

I have great friends who set me up with more samples than I can try (the tasting sessions were great pre-COVID because you tried them right there) and yet the fear of missing out of the next great whisky remains.

Who was it that said life is what happens while you're making plans?
