A unique bourbon whiskey. Mostly wood flavors with some syrup, honey and smokey notes. A little closed at first. Needs a good-sized splash of water and plenty of time to breath. The nose opens up beautifully, the body is subtle, and the finish has a unique mouthfeel. This is a bourbon best served outdoors.

Nose-22: sharp and woody, oak, lingering pine, fresh honeycomb, almonds

Palate-19: dry oak, hay, cedar, maple syrup

Finish-22: burst of burning grass, and smokey firewood which brings with it a unique mouthfeel; a layered silky tickle that lingers

Balance-20: consistent from nose to finish
