Single Barrel 2000 bottled exclusively for Mulligan's in Clarksville Tn. I have had this for about 4 months and am down to a quarter of the bottle. Been a while since I drank this, but am really enjoying this tonight. In fact, I like this much more than when I first tried it.

Smell is so nice. French toast with whipped cream. So sweet! Slightest bit of cinnamon, no, brown sugar, in the background.

Taste is smooth. Again, the whipped cream. French vanilla. Just the slightest sweet alcohol burn. No finish to speak of.

There is almost no spice character to this. Little oak, not very drying. But it is delightful and affordable, and abundant. Dare I say, abundant enough to mix with Vanilla Coke and ice this summer.
