@Victor
Wow, what a question. In another thread you said you had 50 years of whisky to drink. Based on my consumption which I have carefully measured since Jan 1 2019, I calculate I have upwards of 100 years of whisky to consume, and that is without counting the special bottles I own.
So my first response would be “don’t buy me any whisky”.
But if I had to accept a gift, would it have to be something I don’t have any of? Or could I shore up my “supply”?
If the answer is it has to be something I don’t have, I would look at
any high proof Mortlach that could be found for that price ($US)
Amrut single malt (peated or unpeated), any Amrut special release of it could be found at that price
any “unpeated” bruichladdich, perhaps a second generation 10 YO
any peated CS Cail Ila that I don’t have yet
Aberlour A’Bunadh Alba if i recall the name correctly
Milk and Honey Apex Dead Sea cask if it can be found at that price.
If it could be something I already have and they insisted, one could not go wrong with a bottle of Booker’s, OGD 114 or Wiser’s 23 YO CS.
I would echo many of the ones on your list. But personally you can have my (barely used) bottle of Glenmorangie Original, and I’d be happy to split my Toki with you.

I think I probably have somewhere between 50-100 years of bunkered stock too. Have had short conversations with my executor, and significant other, on what/how to do with 200-300 bottles. One to two dozen bottles could be auctioned, but remainder not likely. No clear answers yet. Just starting the thought processes.
That said, my wish list is pretty short, and not surprisingly, a combination of Victor and Nozinan's lists.
1.) Stranahan Single Barrel Cask Strength
2.) Amrut Cask Strength
3.) Glen Scotia Victorania
I am sure other whiskies will come to mind, but these would the three I would likely think of first.
Victor surprised me with inclusion of Clontarf Single Malt in his list. Not aware this is being produced any longer. Though it was discontinued about 5 years ago. I had a couple of bottles years ago (when it was labeled 8yo) and loved them both. Wish I bunkered several. Very light in color, and easy sipping, along same vein as Knappogue Castle 12yo. But with more of a "crisp apple" character to it. Did not get to try the newer labeling/NAS version.

@cherylnifer thank you for joining in. Yes I wish I had 2 or 3 bottles of Clontarf Single Malt in my cabinet at present as well. I find absolutely nothing to taste in it but barley but it is delicious! It is the very definition of beautiful simplicity.

What are the bottles that you would not currently go out and buy for yourself, but which if someone said, "I'll buy you a bottle of whiski for under $ 120. Tell me what you want." ?
