Apple approved the software in about 24 hours, which I'm told is extremely fast for a process that used to take 2-5 weeks. It's now available for free downloading at the iTunes App Store.
The app gives you access to WhiskyCast episodes, the calendar of events, and all of my whisky ratings. Even better, the experts at JacApps have designed it so that you'll be able to get updates without having to download a software update. And if that's not enough...have I mentioned that it'll be FREE...thanks to the folks at The Glenrothes and Skyy Spirits, the U.S. importer for The Glenrothes.
