This laphroaig is bottled by dun bheagan at 46% from a sherry butt, Cask#4108 and a total of 761 bottles.

This has been matured entirely in sherry butt cask, so to me its a bit Different than the ob offerings.

C. Reddish gold N. Reminds me of campfire and damp leaves, very Smokey. Notes of burnt rubber, matches and sulfur; then some fruit notes emerges like apple- sauce and pineapple, cheery coated chocolate!! And of course all the coastal qualities of laphroaig are here aswell, but not much so. P. Very Smokey, smoked beef jerk. Medicinal and peaty! i get pear, apple sauce and cooked pineapple with the HAM!! Very, very good.
F. Very long, huge smoke like a forest fire!! Sweet notes of candy cane at the end of the finish.
