Smokey and smooth
This whisky is royal. It was queen Victoria's favorite whisky. And well it is surprising. It is first sweet but then changes in a complex flavour which is difficult to describe. Try this one.
Picked this up at Duty Free, where a litre was around £30 or so. True Bowmore character, salty, lots of peat, great finish. If you see it, buy it.
Lagavullin is like all islay peated and smoky. It has a nice strong finish.

This fruity oak whisky has a nice smooth balance
